AN AMAZING STAY
helpful staff friendly staff bath robes chocolate pillow
The staff were so helpful and friendly . The rooms are enormous with everything i needed, including dressing gowns and Molton Brown toiletries. There was a turndown service, i got slippers by the bed and a chocolate on the pillow.

The room was spacious. It featured high ceilings and large shower. The provided toiletries was also a nice touch. The hotel's central location near the train station made getting around easy. Friendly staff provided helpful service.
I encountered issue with the heat. It seemed the heat was only active in the evening. The temperature rest of the time felt too cold. This.

The breakfast occurred in the patio. It was good for 25 euro per person. I could order any number of plates. Those included fruits, jamon, baked goods, yogurt and eggs.
It was cold in the hotel. It was also cold in the city. It seemed heat turned on only in the evening so it was freezing the rest of the time. The website seemed deceptive.

amazing staff helpful staff early check-in unexplained charge false accusation old straighteners
The staff was amazing and helpful. The location feels like a hidden oasis in the city. I was very grateful for the early check in and upgraded room I received upon arrival.
The hotel tried to charge my card 250 euro after I checked out. They claimed I took the hotel's straighteners. I was shocked because the straighteners were already old when I arrived.
